Maintenance of Butt Weld End Gate Valve
1. Hand wheel, handle and transmission mechanism are not allowed for lifting things. Collision of them is strictly prohibited.
2. Please open the bypass valve in advance before opening the valve to balance the pressure differential and to decrease opening force.
3. If the valve opens and closes frequently, please lubricate it regularly (at least one time every month).
4. The valve for long-term storage should be checked regularly. The surface of the valve must be clear of dirt and coated with anti-rust oil.
