Description
Kerui Valve is a main manufacturer and supplier of forged steel valves (check valve, globe valve, gate valve, etc.). Butt weld forged steel globe valve is a valve with closure member (disc) moving along with the center line with valve seat. It is mainly composed of valve body, disc, shaft pin and stem. Since it has relative short opening and closing stroke, this valve is very suitable for cutting off and regulating medium flow.
Applications of Globe Valve with Butt Weld End
Our butt weld forged steel globe valve is widely applied on tap water, sewage, building, petroleum, chemical, food, medicine, textile, electricity, ship, metallurgy, energy and other pipeline systems, such as
1. High temperature and pressure petrochemical pipelines systems in thermal power plants and nuclear power stations
2. Pipelines with small requirement on flow resistance (pressure loss)
3. Low requirement on regulating precision and small diameter (nominal diameter ≤ 50 mm) pipelines
4. Chemical fertilizer production line
5. Alumina production process (easy-coking pipeline in desilication workshop)
6. Water and heat supply engineering in urban construction
Features of Globe Valve with Butt Weld End
1. Butt weld forged steel globe valve is much easier than gate valve in structure, manufacturing and maintenance.
2. Two times shot blasting makes exquisite outward appearance of this forged steel valve.
3. Precision casting technology is adopted to manufacture valve body.
4. CNC processing is applied on valve disc.
5. When opened or closed, there is no relative sliding between valve body and disc.
6. Butt weld forged steel globe valve is lower but longer than gate valve.
7. Since medium channel twists and turns in valve body, the fluid resistance is big.
8. It needs small torsion to open the valve.
9. This globe valve is featured by fine sealing performance and long service time.
10. Friction is small between sealing surfaces.
11. All our products have passed CE and JB/T9092 certification.
12. 18 months warranty and lifetime technology service are offered for our products.
13. The medium in this forged steel valve can only flow in one direction and the flowing direction can not be changed when butt weld forged steel globe valve is in operation.
Pressure: CLASS900-2500 PN16.0-42.0
